My Impressionist Painting Studies

My absolute favorite kind of art is impressionist painting. I especially love oil, but I wondered if the watercolor field of impressionism could be redeemed to a more bolder stand.

So, I decided to experiment with regular paper and tubes of watercolor paint, and here are my results:


















































Just a side note: These were all painted in the short-brush technique and were painted within an hour or less.
